Text Messaging Terms
These terms cover text messages (SMS) from Argent Digital LLC(“Argent Digital,” “we”) to your mobile phone. The program is called Argent Digital Text Messages.

The program
Program name: Argent Digital Text Messages.
Who sends them: Argent Digital LLC, New York, NY. Our own team texts you from our business phone numbers, only about Argent Digital's own services. We never send messages on behalf of clients or any other business, and we never send automated, bulk or promotional texts.
What you'll receive:
- replies to messages you send us;
- information you asked us to send you during a phone call; and
- confirmations and reminders for meetings you booked with us, when you asked us to text them.
How you opt in
You receive texts from us only if you:
- Text us first, at our Text us number (656) 261-4260 or at the number that called you. We reply only within that conversation.
- Say yes on a phone callwith our team. Before recording your yes, our team member says: “Can I text you from this number? It’s Argent Digital. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to stop.” We record your consent with the date, time and the team member's name. See how opt-in works.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOPat any time to stop receiving texts from us. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and your STOP applies to all of our numbers. Reply START to opt back in.
Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
The first text we send after you say yes on a call ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.”
Your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.We don't sell, rent or trade phone numbers. Only the service providers that deliver and store our messages for us handle your number and messages.

Other terms
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
